MangoTalk GUIDE
How New Creators, Including Those in Vietnam, Can Write a Natural Introduction
A practical guide to briefly and accurately describing your interests, the languages you actually use, your available hours, and your conversation boundaries before applying as a new creator. Applicants must be at least 20, country-of-residence requirements apply, and identity verification, uploading, and review are separate steps. Service and settlement availability must be checked for each country.
Be accurate rather than trying to impress at length
Vietnam is today's featured region in the rotation, but new applicants elsewhere can also use the introduction principles below. A good introduction is not about presenting an impressive background; it should clearly show what you are comfortable discussing. Start with one or two interests, the languages you can genuinely converse in, the hours when you can participate without strain, and the kinds of conversation you do not want. For example: “I enjoy talking about Vietnamese food and travel, and I can converse in Vietnamese and basic English. I prefer short voice or video chats on weekday evenings, and I do not accept requests to exchange private contact details or meet in person.” This helps someone meeting you for the first time understand how to interact with you.
Steps for refining your application materials
- Download the app, sign in, and open your profile or the creator application menu.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity, then prepare your own photo, introduction, the languages you actually use, and an introduction video.
- Confirm that every upload has finished, submit the application, and check the review result or any request for additional information. Registration, review, approval, and activity after approval are separate stages. Approval requires review and is not assured.
- Do not put your legal name, full address, or private contact information in a public introduction. AI translation can assist a conversation, but confirm important promises or terms directly with the other person. Refuse uncomfortable requests and use the report or block features when necessary.
MangoTalk is for adults aged 20 or older, and creator approval requires screening. Additional country-of-residence requirements and the availability of features, access, and settlements may vary by account, country, and the latest operating policies; none can be assured without checking. Registration alone does not assure fixed earnings, minimum earnings, or bonuses, and passing through the application process does not assure approval.
