Start by checking whether your application materials represent you accurately

When preparing a MangoTalk creator application, materials that clearly show who you are matter more than elaborate editing. Choose a recent photo of yourself in which your face is easy to see, and never use someone else’s photo or an image you do not have permission to use. Check the background as well, and remove unnecessary personal information such as mail showing your address, the name of your employer or school, or a vehicle license plate. Argentina is only the current representative regional example in this guide. It does not guarantee application eligibility, access to the service, or settlement or payout availability in Argentina or any other country. Always confirm the actual requirements based on your country of residence, account status, and the latest instructions shown in the application.

A short, natural introduction video can follow three simple parts

First, offer a friendly greeting and state the name you plan to use as a creator. Second, explain which languages you can genuinely use and the topics that interest you. Third, close with one sentence about the kind of conversations you hope to have. For example: “Hello, I enjoy talking about music and home cooking. I mainly speak Spanish and can also use basic English. I’d like to have relaxed conversations while respecting each other’s everyday lives.” Do not claim fluency in a language you cannot actually support, and do not include promises of fixed income, bonuses, or approval. If you use background music or other footage, make sure you own the rights or have permission to use it.

Uploading and application review are separate stages

After downloading the app and signing in, open your profile or the creator application menu. Follow the order shown on screen: complete identity verification first, then upload your photo, self-introduction, languages, and introduction video. Confirm that every upload has finished, submit the application, and wait for the review result or a request for additional information. Uploading, registering, or submitting materials does not mean that the application has been approved. Applicants must be adults aged 20 or older and must also satisfy any additional requirements that apply in their country of residence. Submit identity documents and other verification materials only through the secure channels designated in the app or by the company.
